Ask yourself in a state of relaxation and sincerity, Am I the Body? Am I the Thoughts/Emotions/Feelings? Am I the Brain? Who Am I?

Whenever you remember, try asking yourself – Who is noticing that? Who is noticing that? Try to reach the ultimate observer of whatsoevers happening.

Ask yourself, what can I notice without words or what can I notice without any labels to it, Just pure noticing.

When you feel deep anxiety, just call you name – not any name, but your name – and then reply to it, say “Yes sir, I am here“ and feel the difference. Anxiety will not be there. Atleast for a single moment you have a glimpse beyond the clouds, and that glimpse can be deepened. once your know that if you become alert anxiety is not there, It disappears; you have come to a deep knowing of your own self and the mechanism of inner working.
